This Platform is directed strictly to users who are eighteen years of age or older. Any submission regarding an athlete under eighteen years of age must be executed completely by their parent or legal guardian.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the vital information required to fulfill your technical analysis request and provide specialized training plans:

Identity Data: Student full name, age, competitive rank/belt level, and competitive division target parameters.

Contact Data: Your email address provided via our front-end checkout structures and linked Bluevine payment portal workflows.

Submission Data: The text URL cloud hyperlink that you provide pointing to your hosted martial arts footage (including traditional forms, creative forms, extreme martial arts open hand routines, or weapons patterns).

3. Video Access, Pipeline Processing, and Data Deletion Policy

We do not permanently archive, retain, or harvest your underlying visual multimedia video files. When you submit a cloud link, our automated secure pipeline infrastructure temporarily streams and filters the file data stream in an encrypted staging environment solely for data parsing, vision analysis execution, and scorecard generation. To maintain complete athlete confidentiality, all facial profiles and unique identifying structural elements are removed during pipeline analysis processing. All cached processing file data are permanently erased from our system servers within 72 hours of generation.

4. Financial Data and Third-Party Processors

The Company does not collect, log, or store your credit card digits or bank account credentials. All financial transactions are securely routed, encrypted, and processed entirely outside of our website environment via verified Bluevine payment links. We advise you to consult the Bluevine and Stripe privacy documentation regarding your specific transactional protections.

5. Data Sharing and Non-Distribution Policy

We do not sell, lease, trade, distribute, or market your personal information, training records, or evaluation data arrays to any outside corporate entities, third parties, or marketing agencies.
