Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 2026

Welcome to Holding Standards Martial Arts (hereinafter referred to as "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or utilizing our website, hsmartialarts.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"), and purchasing our technical analysis services, you (hereinafter referred to as "the Client," "user," "athlete," or "parent/guardian") agree to explicitly comply with and be bound by the following comprehensive Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility and User Affirmation

You must be over eighteen years of age to use this site. By submitting martial arts video links, utilizing this Platform, and paying for evaluation analysis, you explicitly affirm that you are a citizen of the United States, that you are at least eighteen years of age, and that you fully understand and accept that all sales are final.

2. Geographic Scope

Currently, the Company strictly services residents of the United States. By purchasing a package, you confirm that you are a legal resident and citizen of the United States. The Company reserves the right to expand services to international markets in the future at its sole discretion, at which point these terms will update accordingly.

3. Nature of Service and Educational Disclaimer

The evaluations, scorecards, feedback, and drill programs provided by the Company serve strictly as an educational aide to your martial arts training. This service does not replace the physical training, safety supervision, or authority of your lead local instructor, school owner, or Master equivalent. All information and plans provided are for educational and instructional purposes only.

4. No Guarantees of Performance Results

The Company makes zero guarantees, explicitly or implicitly, regarding tournament placements, medals, podium finishes, rankings, or specific numerical score increases at competitive events.

5. Video Submission Protocol and Access Permissions

Users must submit performance footage via an open-access cloud hyperlink (such as Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud, or public YouTube links). It is the sole responsibility of the Client to ensure sharing permissions are configured as 'Anyone with the link can view.' If our automated ingestion systems cannot access the data payload due to restricted privacy parameters, processing will be delayed until accessible permissions are granted by the Client.

6. Technical Processing and Analytical Infrastructure

Our administrative data routing pipelines, cross-platform link validation systems, and data delivery frameworks are powered natively by StackMaestro. To optimize processing efficiency, our ingestion pipeline securely transfers your submission metadata and media links through third-party artificial intelligence configurations—including advanced computer vision networks and linguistic processing engines—to construct a preliminary technical data draft. This initial analysis is then delivered directly to our championship coaching cadre, who personally review, refine, override, and finalize every scorecard and technical critique. This collaborative framework ensures highly precise, data-backed results while maintaining the direct oversight and human expertise of our world-title coaching collective.

7. Delivery Timeline Intent

It is the explicit intent of the Company to provide comprehensive analysis of properly formatted linked martial arts videos within seven calendar days from the initial time of submission and verified payment clearing. If unforeseen operational delays occur, the Company will notify the Client via email.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the highly customized, labor-intensive nature of expert analysis, all sales are final once the video review link has been transmitted to the Client.

9. Limitation of Liability and Physical Risk Waiver

Martial arts, tricking, weapons manipulation, and extreme martial arts (XMA) are inherently dangerous physical activities. You explicitly agree that you will not hold the Platform, its website, any of its founders, its coaching cadre, its partners, or its members liable for any physical injury, property damage, or financial loss resulting from the execution of our feedback or drill plans. You participate in all physical training and tournament activities completely at your own risk.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree to use the Platform strictly for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from submitting links to martial arts videos containing illegal activities, copyright infringement, explicit content, or footage recorded without the consent of the participants or the hosting facility.

11. Intellectual Property

The written reviews, scorecards, audio commentaries, and custom layouts generated by our cadre are the intellectual property of the Company. They are granted to the purchasing Client for personal, non-commercial training use only.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising from the use of this Platform or our services must be handled within the jurisdiction of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
